Consistently reliable platform

This isn't my first rodeo with Thinkific. I've used their platform for a few different courses now, moving from the Start Plan to the Grow Plan as my needs expanded. Every time, the experience has been consistent. The Course Builder works well, and the Student Management Dashboard is always reliable. This time around, I used the Quiz and Assessment Tool more extensively, and it performed as expected, just like my previous experiences with everything else. That's why I keep coming back.

Good platform, easy to set up

Mostly good, minor issues

I chose the Thinkific Grow Plan to scale up my course offerings. The platform itself is quite robust, and the Student Management Dashboard is very helpful for keeping track of enrollments. However, setting up the Live Lessons with Zoom was a bit more clunky than I anticipated, taking a few tries to get the settings right. Customer service was responsive, but the initial instructions could be clearer. The overall value is definitely there, especially with the marketing tools integration, which works well. Just a small hiccup with the live lesson setup.

Got a great deal on the annual plan

I signed up for the Thinkific Start Plan, and I made sure to grab the annual discount. It saved me a good chunk of money compared to paying monthly, which was a big factor for me. I also saw they had a free plan, but I needed those extra features, so the Start Plan made sense. It felt like I got good value for what I paid, and the features included seem well worth it for getting my course off the ground without breaking my budget.

So I finally got around to making my online course, and used Thinkific. It was pretty easy to get going with the Free Plan just to see how it worked. I liked how I could just drag and drop stuff. It felt pretty good, not too much of a headache, which is what I was worried about. No weird surprises or anything. Just smoothly letting me get my content online.
